TRAVELLING.
from Ang Mo kio to Yishun.
then to Buona Vista; to NUH.
after that go down to Jurong East
and to Choa Chu Kang
lastly back to Yishun again :)
settled some issues at NUH w hy & cp.
then down to CCK Lot 1 to shop & eat :D
Had my haircut done w hy ;)
Hairdresser cut my hair twice. haha!!
Know a new friend, Adriano.

Okay, embience is so nice that we almost fall asleep.
It's playtime!
The game where usually ppl drink then play de :D
Three of us. biggest number u can call out is 30.
Play with yr both hands. So u can either show zero (both fists closed); five ( closing one fist and open the other) or ten (both hands open).
Let the game begin!
The loser will have to sprinkle "things" into his/her drink (:
Starting is Cinnamon.
2nd: Vanilla ... 3rd: Nutmeg
Last one to go is Chocolate!!!
Unfortunately i lost in the first round ): *added cinnamon* NICE!
2nd round loser is Cp!
3rd round loser is me again... ... *added NUTMEG!* WOah. quite weird to have mixed cinnamon + nutmeg in the drink!
last round loser is hy!!! hahaa... lucky her, chocolate! ^^
After that, Cp went swimming and then gals shopping & chitchatting (:

WONDERman!!! ^^
who am i refering to?
haha! is our Clinical instructor in IMH(:
he's very knowledgeable.
i guess everyone would be saying,"Well, all CIs should be knowledgeable."
He's a person who i can look forward to when i have problems.
Sharing personal problems, problems in studying and even work.
Sharing experiences.
Getting to know more about the outside world.
Interact with counsellors.
Therapists referal.
Warm and friendly approach.
Advices and some problem solving.
After all these, i'm behaving more like a nurse as well as an educator more than just a student, a daughter, a girlfriend, etc...
I think i learn quite alot from the CI. I enjoyed my posting in IMH (:
Just had a debate session on physical restraints today.
Proposition team we have Zhiwei, Kelli, Corin and Sammah.
Oppostition team we have Nora, Siti, Jess and me! (:
And our best speaker goes to Corin! Congrats, Corin.

Everybody does encounter problems in their everyday life.
Approaching someone to find out more to seek help is a good start if u think it's necessary.
Finding solutions shows that u're aware of the problems and u're willing to solve it or u want to solve it (:
Socialising and getting in touch with the outside world really give you some insight.
Having friends who are shoplifters, smokers, patients with long-term illness, prostitutes, from single-parent families, with family problems, social problems and even financial problems... u interact with them and find out more.
Understand the whys and hows. It's really amazing.
Sharing opinions and views is the best part where u can actually exchange info with each other (:
And everything has it's good and bad.
A common topic can be argued till the cows come home, still there's no either side.
Is what u think and what u feel abt this particular issue.
Make yourself think and u'll find there's so many questions u wan to ask and things u wan to find out. Am i right?

Certain things u will understand better but some u will have some questions hanging in the air...
There's endless chain of thoughts going through my mind.
I cant wait to approach a walking encyclopedia as well as a counsellor. wow! Hard to find ah!

OUTing! ^^v
morning shift today (:
GOOD MORNING!!! time to wake up everybody!
showers, medications and breakfast.
Then it's outing time. yeah!!!
Combining two sides A & B of the ward to go outing together.
10 + 11 = 21 altogether.
Singing, fun activities and drinks + tibits.
Group therapy after outing.
First grp therapy with patients then among nurses.
FOOD topic!^^ haha.
Spagetti at food court is nice (:
Been raining these few days non-stop.
So drink more water and take good care of yourselves :)

A day for activities!!! (:
We planned to have some structured activities.
`hand printing and watching movie.

2nd day :D
still scared?
NO!
interaction with them in the ward is kind of fun.
ermm... they're jus like ordinary people.
It's just that the chemicals in the brain is imbalanced. That's all (:
Exercising with them- Brisk walking around the ward.
Introducing myself and themselves as well.
Chat abt past times and favourite things.
Sing-a-along!!!
All out of love. and... lots of oldies too!
hee... cant really rmb the song titles.
But seriously they can sing very well!
I bet they sing everyday!!! ^^

IMH posting :x
anxious anxious!!
first day entering into the Buangkok Green Medical Park.
orientation around; in the ward itself.
make new friends.
kind of scary at first ):
but then staying in the ward for awhile, getting used to the environment...
quite a number of patients...
on my way back home... in the bus.
met this little boy kept slapping his hand on his thighs.
repeated slapping and kept looking around.
He pokes my fren and stretches out his hand to ask for sth.
my fren ignores him and he kept poking to get her attention ):
oh no... my fren began to be angry, so i told her to stand away from him.
"The more u get angry, the more he thinks it's fun and he will continue to disturb u."
My fren stood back and now he gets attention from my other fren... *attention seeker... i see*
Some of my frens alighted the bus, left me sitting... nearest to him somemore *faints*
Sensed that something gonna happened.
*bad feeling* Somehow, he got my attention and i shake my head, turning my head away from him.
He attempts to punch me in my face *omg!*
then i ignored him.
He hit my forehead next in the moment. I ignored again... Passengers witnessed.
He hit my forehead again!!!
wah... i stood up and said to him, "That's enough, okay?"
I walked further in the bus...
Count myself lucky as my forehead is not bruised.

It's SUN-BATHING time!!!
it's been a long time since i go sentosa (:
^ tues 4th March.
Celebrates ivana's b'dae :D
vana expected it to be "unknown surprise" as she already knew it's gonna be a surprise when we're still thinking the day will be a big surprise. CHIM hor? nvm if u dont get it. haha!
Birthday song sang in the beach with her arrival.
And the treasure hunt begins...
Look at her! She's quite careless in finding the treasures. haha!
And... she attempted to jump down into the sea :x
We all know what it means... No matter what, she's NOT gonna give up (:
